This recipe is based on the French toast my mom used to make when we were kids. I just gussied it up a little.
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6-8 slices Texas toast
- Powdered sugar
- Preheat to medium and grease pan or griddle
- Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon
- Dip both sides of bread in egg mix, place on griddle. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Place on plate and garnish with sugar and strawberries
