The site has been determined. We will be playing at the club house of The Crossings Apartments. 1414 Eastport Dr right off of Kalamazoo near 60th behind the movie theater.

A couple of people have asked what controllers will be used in the tournament. We are going to be brining 2 Wiimotes, Wii Wheels, Nun Chucks, and Game Cube Wave Birds. If you know of another controller configuration bring it.

Its coming. A new Mario Kart Tournament. Here are the details.

Who: Anyone who wants. If you suck at the game thats fine. Half the fun is watching you lose!
When: Thursday, January 28th, 2010 at 6:40pm
Where: Were working on this still. There are two perspective sites and as soon as I know, youll know.

The rules will be just like the other tournaments. Everyone will qualify in time trials on Luigi Circuit. The highest seed gets first choice of character if there is a dispute. Then it will be a double elimination tournament with the courses chosen at random. The Championship race will be held on Rainbow Road. All courses will be played in 150cc.

Any questions should be posted here. Check back for details on location or any changes.

I think.. Im done.* By that I mean that I have compiled all the data from all 7 tournaments into the wiki, uploaded and captioned all the photos to the ZenPhoto, and set this here blog up to my liking. I do plan on making the themes more Marioesque but all the functionality is there.

*I still have to find a good host for the race videos but the lord only knows when thats going to happen.

The 6th Semi Often 64tacos Mario Kart Tournament Double Dash Edition will be held on Sunday January 1st, 2006. Polling will begin at 8:00PM. The tournament is expected to last 2-3 hours depending on how many participants there are and afterwards there will be some LAN play. Bring everyone you know.
