There are about a bajillion different recipes on the online for Buffalo Chicken Dip. This is how I like to make it.
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 (12 oz) can of shredded chicken
- 1 (8 oz) brick of cream cheese
- 1 (5 oz) bottle of Franks RedHot
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
- 8 oz sharp cheddar, shredded
You can heat this on the stove, in the oven or in a slow cooker. Basically, you just mix up all the ingredients and then heat it until it is the desired temp. 164°?
