Move over David Evans, Pizza Hut is bringing back some nostalgia food. This time, it’s their thin crust pizza from 1997 dubbed The Edge, because the toppings go all the way to the edge!

It’s about the same as what I remember. We used to enjoy the Chicken Veggie Edge, which had chicken, green peppers, mushrooms, and onions.

On the surface, it seems like a marketing gimmick to sell more thin crust pizzas. The recipe is slightly different with the sweeter sauce and garlic/herb dusting on top.

We went with The Ultimate, which is basically a supreme, but we swapped the sausage for bacon and the onions for mushrooms. The flavor wasn’t too bad, and it didn’t give me too much indigestion.

If you already like thin crust pizzas, this is a little bit better. If you want to relive the 1990s, this is right up your alley.
